Registration

• Those who will attend scientific meetings as speakers and listeners, companions or anyone who wants to participate as a product promoter must register.
• The registration fee includes a congress bag, program and abstract books, participation certificate and badge.
• Participants who do not receive accommodation through the organization secretariat and who only register and do not stay in the congress hotels provided by the secretariat must pay a 5-day external participation fee of € 300 + VAT in addition to the congress registration fees in order to benefit from the services within the hotel concept between 09:00 - 18:00 on the specified days of November 4 - 9, 2025. The external participation fee must be collected from all participants and company representative guests regardless of registration type.
The external participation fee includes entrance to the congress center during the scientific program and activities, lunches, coffee breaks, local and foreign beverage services from all bars within the hotel concept between 09:00 - 18:00.
• 20% VAT will be added to the above prices.
• Registration procedures will be valid by sending the bank receipt showing that the necessary payments were made to the following account numbers to totbidkayit@serenas.com.tr or to Serenas Turizm by fax.

Registration Cancellation Conditions:
• All registration cancellations must be notified to Serenas Turizm in writing.
• If notified by July 1, 2025, all registration fees will be refunded.
• No refund will be made for cancellations made after July 1, 2025.
