Accommodation

• Speakers and session chairmen will be given priority at the Susesi Congress Center where the meeting halls are located.
• Accommodation fees are 5-night package prices, which include check-in on November 4 and check-out on November 9, and accommodation is all-inclusive.
• 10% VAT will be added to the prices.
• All accommodation procedures for the congress must be carried out through Serenas Turizm. If accommodation is not carried out through Serenas Turizm, a 5-day package of €300 + VAT; external participation fee will be added to the registration fee. The external participation fee must be collected from all participants and company representative guests, regardless of registration type. The external participation fee includes entrance to the congress center, lunches, coffee breaks, and local and foreign beverage services from all bars within the hotel concept between 09:00 - 18:00 during the scientific program and activities.
• If payments are not completed by November 3, 2025, a 20% increase will be applied over the late period prices.
• Accommodation procedures; After sending your request to totbidkayit@serenas.com.tr, the budget will be sent to you, and the bank receipt showing that the necessary payments have been made to the account numbers below will be sent to Serenas Turizm by fax or e-mail. Applications made only with a bank receipt and requests without a budget confirmation will not be accepted and will be placed on a waiting list.
• No external participation fee will be charged from participants who will work in the province where the congress is held and who will come to the congress, and from speakers and session chairmen who do not stay at the congress hotels.
• The central bank euro sales rate on the day the payment will be made will be taken as basis.

Accommodation Cancellation Conditions:
All reservation cancellations must be notified to Serenas Turizm in writing.
Accommodation fees will be fully refunded if notified by July 1, 2025.
No refund will be made for cancellations made after July 1, 2025.
